ORGANIZING TEAMWORK TRAINING COURSE FOR EMPLOYEES AT VINH HUNG IP FACTORY

More than that, it could be defined as the capability of leading the individual's achievements for the organization's common goal. Till the end, teamwork could be seen as the way or tool for bringing out the normal person to the light, to conquer the most outstanding results" - Andrew Carnegie.

Under the vocational training plan in 2017, aim to promote and develop the teamwork skill for the entire employee of the Company on the date of 04th July 2016, Vinh Hung Company had co-operated with IELT (Institute of Economics and International Trade - Foreign Trade University) to organize the Team Work training course which was taken place at the Hall of VHIP – Pho Noi B Industrial Part, Hung Yen. The course was got response and participation of more than  70 employees coming from different departments in the head office, representative office, Branch, and the member of Group Company VHIP.

The vocational training program was designed and developed for implementing the teamwork skills to adapt to the VINH HUNG’s working environment. The course was basically compounded by some of the main questions such as: what is the definition of Teamwork? What is the most necessary skill in Teamwork? Moving on, Teamwork helps each individual exploit each other’s strengths, and overcome each other’s weaknesses.

In the process of teamwork to go smoothly and successfully is not a very easy thing, since each member has different though, opinions and personalities. So how to effectively resolve conflicts in the group, motivate the team, need skills and art as well as experience in teamwork to solve problems in a radical and effective way?... To solve these questions and requirements, throughout the training program, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang - IEIT lecturer gave theoretical content and let Vinh Hung employees experiment through creative group games, group role assignment, group culture, group leadership, etc.

The training program ended with the satisfaction of Vinh Hung trainees with the additional knowledge and skills as well as a deep impression of the lecturers about the qualities, enthusiasm, and learning spirit of Vinh Hung's employees.
