THE FIRST SPRING OF THE YEAR - 2012

Although the journey was starting from the early morning of March 3^rd of the solar calendar, however, everyone was there on time to start the departure.

From Phu Ly city, turning to Highway 21, continue on the Que bridge for more than 1km, Ba Danh pagoda looms behind the trees. The quiet pagoda overlooks the peaceful flowing Day River. In fact, this temple is so deserted and quiet that it is the inspiration for a saying that continues to this day "as empty as Ba Danh pagoda".

Ba Danh Pagoda is a system consisting of nearly 40 compartments. It was built a long time ago and has been restored many times. But other buildings have been built since the 19th century. From the original, this temple was very sacred, with a picturesque landscape, which is an ancient and rare beauty in Ha Nam province.

During the trip and even when returning to Hanoi, the whole group still pondered and wondered about the sentence saying "as empty as Ba Danh pagoda" why does it apply to a beautiful and ancient scenic area? like this. Some people say that because Ba Danh pagoda is too sacred, visitors from all over the world rarely dare to visit because they are afraid that if they fail to be polite, they will be punished. But there are also opinions that the temple is far from residential areas, away from mountains and rivers, and traffic is not convenient, so few people come and go. No matter how you explain it, it seems that the origin of the expression "As empty as Ba Danh pagoda" is still a mystery!
