DIALOGUE (THIRD QUARTER)
This Dialogue has attracted a large number of employees from departments, units & branches, representative offices of our Company. Especially, there was the first attendance of Mr. Tran Duc Tien - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
The main topic of this Dialogue issues related to personnel evaluation, remuneration policy for senior employees with the Company, the effectiveness of the application of the system of Processes and Regulations in production and business activities in Vinh Hung.
It can be said that personnel issues always create heat in the Dialogues, and in any period, this topic also receives the most questions. As in previous periods, the Board of Directors still chose to candidly exchange questions related to personnel change situations, recruitment & retention policies as well as how to create a professional working environment where each member can be creative and achieve success. The Board of Directors also acknowledged the shortcomings and existed in the Company's policies and did not forget to call on all members to accompany the Board of Directors to come up with ideas so that the Company will have more good policies.
Regarding the question about the effectiveness of Processes and Regulations application in the production process and business activities as well as the coordination between departments in the Company, The Board of Directors strongly agreed and affirmed: Processes and Regulations are born to serve the work, not the work that must be "run" according to the Process. Therefore, Vinh Hung will boldly and continuously improve, determined not to let the Process / Regulation be a factor hindering the operation of each Department /Unit.
In place of the Dialogue conclusion, the Board of Directors acknowledged the contributions of employees and directed the Departments/Units to continue researching to innovate in order to serve firstly for the quality of work of our department and then to keep up with the development speed of the Company.
Thus, up to now, the Dialogue program initiated by Mr. Vo Ta Luong - General Director of the Company has gone ¾ of 2015. With each passing number, both the Board of Directors and employees have received official, transparent, and real information in Vinh Hung, not colorful and painted information. This deserves to be considered the impressive internal communication program of the year!
