With the aim of building a transparent, open and frank working environment, recently, on 11/04/2015, a Live Dialogue was held by Mr. Vo Ta Luong - General Director of Vinh Hung. The Dialogue has received a lot of attention from all staffs of every Department at the Head Office, Company branches and representative office.

It can be said that this is a highly democratic activity, showing the spirit of the Board of Directors who want to listen to opinions of all Company’s employees. Starting from the point of view that if you want to have a dialogue, you must know how to listen - listen to what others want to say, not what you want to hear. Mr. Vo Ta Luong hopes that this Dialogue program will be the starting point to solve the difficulties and problems of employees for the Board of Directors of our Company.

At the Dialogue, from questions related to everyday practical issues such as the implementation of Company Rules, coordination process between Departments... to issues related to orientation, Vinh Hung's development plan in the next 5 or 10 years, ... were all answered by Mr. Luong directly, without embellishment, in line with the original spirit since the idea of organizing the Dialogue "No script, no staging, answer whatever you ask". That is why everyone present at this Dialogue expressed satisfaction.

From the success of this Dialogue, the next series of Dialogue programs will be organized in a more methodical manner, with more in-depth content and better quality of information.
