KPI TRAINING AT VINH HUNG COMPANY HEAD OFFICE.
The training course was held on 23rd of September, 2011 throughout the 24th at the company’s head office. The course was responded to attentively by the Board of Directors, Department Managers, and other interested staff.
After being taught and practiced by the expert, Vinh Hung’s employees basically grasped the concept and how to implement KPI in the Company. In the coming time, the implementation of KPI in Vinh Hung will take place synchronously and hopefully bring out a good outcome. Not only that by achieving the maximum requirements for job performance evaluation, there will also be appropriate reward and punishment regimes for each department or individual. This is also one of the preeminent policies to develop the current human resources of the Company.
