Vinh Hung Trading, Consulting and Constructing Joint Stock Company cooperated with Hirayama Vietnam Co., Ltd to organize a training course: PDCA process on December 3, 2016. The course was held at the Lavender Conference Room - Muong Thanh Hotel, with the participation of 31 participants, who are employees from the Departments of the sections: Trade - Construction - Production.

Equipping knowledge, training, and improving working skills for the Company's staff is always of the concerns of Vinh Hung's Board of Directors. Therefore, in the midst of the busy working atmosphere at the end of the year, approved by the General Director, Administration and Human Resources Department coordinated with Hirayama Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize a training course: PDCA process on December 3, 2016. The course was held at the Lavender Conference Room - Muong Thanh Hotel, with the participation of 31 participants, who are employees from the Departments of the sections: Trade - Construction - Production.

The participants showed up on time to attend the course as scheduled.

What is PDCA? How to apply this process in practice? Why do so many companies choose this content to train their staff? Answering these questions, in the opening speech of the course, Mr. Vo Ta Luong - General Director of the Company - gave an overview of P - PLAN, D - DO, C – CHECK, A – ACTION; and He also shared his personal experience in establishing the importance of PDCA in the process of running a business as well as the profound lessons learned when applying each step in the process. Above all, he wishes that this course will be the basic foundation in the process of gradually improving the professional working skills of Vinh Hung's staff.

Somewhere, knowledge such as 5W2H, SMART, fishbone diagram, 3G Principle, To-do list... is no longer strange, or new knowledge to most members of the class. However, not everyone understands nature and knows how to apply it to their actual work. With a simple, easy-to-understand way of communicating, with examples from real life, Instructor Hirayama showed participants that PDCA is not an insipid academic thing, or that its application in practice is far-fetched.
