This is the indispensable "hinge" to unite staff to integrate, connect and share with all activities of Company.

To help members of Vinh Hung's family understand deeply about Vinh Hung's core values, the Board of Directors launched to all departments and individuals to participate in the contest "Best DEFINITION - RECEIVE AWARDS". This is an opportunity for each staff to show their love and affirm their trust to companion with our Company on the way to sustainable development.

I. Contest Rules

1. PARTICIPANTS: All officers and employees of Vinh Hung.

2. CONTENT REQUIRED: Based on the current definition, redefine the definition of each existing core value according to the following criteria:

• Short, concise, easy to understand, easy to remember

• Keeping true to the essence and spirit of current Core Values

• Showing corporate culture values, the business philosophy of Vinh Hung.

4. REGULATIONS TO PARTICIPATE: 

• Each entry is valid when participating fully defines all 5 core values

• Each definition is no more than 30 words long

• Contest content does not violate the law, morality, fine customs, traditions, and culture of Vietnamese people

• The organizers will cancel the entry if it is found to be infringing on copyright elements

5. TIME OF PARTICIPATION:

• Preliminary round: From 12 to 22 July 2021

• Final round: From 24 to 27/7/2021

• The jury consulted and selected the results: July 28 to 30, 2021

• Result announcement: 08/02/2021

III. Scoring Criteria

The Organizing Committee considers the prize based on the jury’s decision, selects through 02 preliminary and final rounds with specific criteria as follows:

• Preliminary round: With each definition of each core value, the Jury will select 15 corresponding entries with the best quality; match all criteria to join in the final round.

• Final round: 15 entries selected from the preliminary round will be voted on

• Voting participants: managers from band 4 and above

• Scoring method:

     Total score for each definition = Score of the judges + Score of votes of the staff of band 4

     Inside:

• Score of the jury accounts for 70%

• Voting score of management staff accounts for 30%

IV. Prize structure

     The final results will be announced on August 2, 2021, with 5 new definitions equivalent to 5 Core Values selected by the jury.

• Individual awards:

- VND 200,000 for each definition selected in the final round

- VND 1,000,000 for each definition selected after the final round

• Collective awards:

- VND 2,000,000 for a department which have the highest percentage of employees participating in the contest

Note:

• Each individual's entry must comply with the contest rules to be counted as a valid entry.

• For the Financial Management Department, the participation rate is calculated based on the total number of employees of the office and construction sites (excluding workers).

• For VHIP factory, the participation rate of the department/unit is calculated based on the total number of employees of the office and production sectors (excluding workers).

• In case there are many departments that have the same participation rate, the Organizing Committee will select the department that completes the test the earliest to award the collective prize.

Each entry will be a meaningful congratulation to Vinh Hung's upcoming 15th anniversary of establishment and development. The Organizing Committee believes that it will receive enthusiastic responses from all individuals, units, departments in Company.
