Training program

The training was hosted by Ma. Le Canh Phuc- HR management specialist- from the Topolyphia Business School - Ho Chi Minh City.

At the end of year, most of enterprises rush to focus on summarizing of business activities and production as well as planning for the next year. Vinh Hung considers it an appropriate time to organize this training program to help units and departments be equipped with background and methodology before setting up strategies and and working plan for the next year in the best way.

In the morning time, the leaners presented how to set up their working plans based on their experience and knowledge as well as the difficulties and problems during their implementation process to be guided and resolved by the teacher.

 In the afternoon time, the teacher focused on analyzing further after each practical exercise, drew methodologies to help students build up a foundation, synchronize the method of setting up plans and targets which can be applied to the specific working plan in the Company.

By analyzing the SWOT, determining the principles on SMART or analyzing issues need to be carefully prioritized. Subsequently, learners understand the value and significance of setting targets to the managers as well as identify risks and challenges to support each other for their actual implementing process

Speaking at the the training session, Mr. Vo Ta Luong – General Director of the Company expected that with the knowledge received from the Teacher will be the foundation for the participants to implement the targets and plans of next year effectively. In addition to catching the skill to set up a plan, controlling and adjusting the plan suitable to the reality is also a necessary requirement for each individual and department.

The training helps participants understand properly and determine exactly the role and responsibility of their department during implementing the Company's targets. Via the training, the current situation of planning has been evaluated adequately, the priority resources to manage have been determined, and the challenges and management of targets in effective way have been identified.
