Each department undertakes different roles and responsibilities, therefore smooth coordination is indispensable. Otherwise, each "broken" stage will cause significant damage to the performance of the business.

Understanding the role of teamwork in Business coordination between individuals, departments, and divisions, Vinh Hung identifies the skill as a necessity to be deployed and trained every year for all staff.

Following the training course about teamwork skills, it was organized by online base (due to the impact of the pandemic situation), on July 10, 2021, Vinh Hung continued deploying the course "Effective teamwork skills VH02" for employees along with all departments. The lecturer Hoang Phuong Dung - An expert on soft skills training for businesses will lead and exchange with all students.

At the beginning of the training course, students experience their first group activity together through Naming. This activity requires members to interact to know each other and agree on the name and explain the meaning. Next, the lecturer provided some content such as Basic group theory; How to make teamwork effective; Resolving conflicts in groups...

One of the content that students are most interested in is "The plan to connect group members". This content has been turned into a Farmer Exercise game by the lecturer. During the working process, some teams had conflicts but they were calm and applied their knowledge to create effective teamwork: define clear goals and roles for each member, agree on a common discipline, etc. to find the final answer of the exercise.

The course ended successfully and brought students many useful lessons. It is expected that after a month, the class will return with the content "Sharing and answering students' questions during practice, applying it to real work".
