John Maxwell, a well-known expert in the art of management who has variously egregious concepts of leadership, said: "A single individual can do great things by himself in myth only."

That statement becomes more proper in business as the activities of a collective, an enterprise without the coordination from the departments or individuals would hardly receive the most results in work. That is the reason Vinh Hung organized the training program "Teamwork skills for staff" in the last days of September 2018.

Ph.D. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang – a lecturer of Foreign Trade University, gave a completely different style of teaching: youthful - concise - concise – effective to the class.

Targeting the goal is not only to systematize knowledge to form a clearer view of the issues involved in group work, the course also contains a lot of interestingly practical experience. Every minute of the class was filled with joy and excitement, especially the solidarity of the groups was pushed to the altitude through supporting activities, discussions, interactive games such as determining factors that affect teamwork efficiency, group culture formation, the survival situations in desert...

After the training course, we believe that all the individuals participating in training course would have some change in their perception of teamwork, so as to contribute to achieve the overall goal of Vinhhung. We are not hired for Vinh Hung, but we are one part of Vinh Hung.
