“THE 7 HABITS” TRAINING PROGRAM FOR VINH HUNG’S MANAGERS
Board of Directors together with more than 20 managers participate in the training course
“The 7 habits” is a training program of Franklin Covey – an organization that is engaged in leadership development and culture creation through training, consulting and coaching for 15,000 businesses a year in more than 15 thousand businesses. 160 countries, of which 75% of corporations belong to fortune 500; The program was brought to Vietnam by PACE Institute of Management as its representative and exclusive.
Board of Directors together with more than 20 managers participate in the training course which is directly taught by Mr. Gian Tu Trung, a Vietnamese Education Activist.
He is the Founder and Chairman of the PACE Institute of Management, a leading business school for business leaders in Vietnam. He also serves as the President of the IRED Institute of Education, an independent non-profit institution which focuses on education research and building capacity for educators.

The study program is held in 2 days from 8th to 9th of July, in order to equip managers with models and principles of effectiveness; how to change habits; skills and awareness of 7 habits.

The training program also provides useful tools that help balance work-life, reduce stress and learn how to cooperate more effectively through building relationships based on interests and mutual benefit.
