We, Vinh Hung JSC, are recruiting a Road and Bridge Product Technical Specialist to work at our Hanoi office
I.Job Description:
– Receive and process Technical Requests / Troubleshooting for traditional product lines (Bridge bearings, expansion joints, noise barrier walls..); lead the handling of technical support requests for steel structure products as required by the Business / Import-Export Departments. Control, review, and approve solutions, quotation drawings, detailed production drawings, quantities, technical specifications, and construction methods proposed by staff.
– Assist the QC department in evaluating the quality of items imported, manufactured, or locally purchased by the Company before inventory storage to suggest solutions to suppliers or propose appropriate product improvement measures;
– Organize research for product improvement and localization of imported products to serve the company’s manufacturing activities, aiming to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product competitiveness;
– Support the Business / Export Department in presenting products/solutions and defending Vinh Hung’s products/solutions for projects handled by the department.
– Work directly with suppliers and subcontractors to conduct in-depth research on solutions for products provided by Vinh Hung to Customers and projects.
– Other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
II.Job Requirements:
– Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Design Consultant in the field of transport infrastructure construction (priority given to engineers with experience in the design/construction of steel bridge structures and steel structures);
– Thorough understanding of bridge structures and other steel structures. – Good reading comprehension of specialized English technical documents, and capable of communicating in English;
– Proficient in using graphic software: AutoCAD, MS Office, 3D applications for bridge structure design, structural auditing software, etc.;
– Priority given to Engineers graduated from XF or High-Quality (CLC) classes of the University of Civil Engineering (NUCE), or French Road & Bridge, English Road & Bridge, Highway Engineering, Bridge & Tunnel, or Advanced Programs from the University of Transport and Communications (UTC) and Bach Khoa University (HUST);
