Construction method design specialist

We, Vinh Hung JSC, are recruiting a Construction Method Statement (Shop Drawing/Method Design) Specialist in Hanoi

I. Job Description:

1. Prepare drawings and structural calculation notes to serve various stages: initial design, bidding, project execution, etc.
2. Interact with Project Owners, Supervision Consultants, and Main Contractors to defend drawings, calculation notes, quantities, etc.
3. Participate in preparing construction method statements (BPTC) and quality control (QA/QC) documentation for assigned projects.
4. Coordinate with the Planning Department (PKH) to prepare dossiers, quotations, bids, etc.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

II. Requirements:

1. Education Level: Bachelor’s degree.
2. Preferred Certificates/Qualifications: Priority given to a professional practice certificate in design consultancy.
3. IT skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Midas Civil, or SAP; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills from basic to advanced levels.
4. Foreign Language: Basic.
5. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in the field of design; priority given to personnel who have worked at TEDI or other major design companies.
6. Professional Knowledge: Experience in the supervision and construction of road works; ability to adjust designs during project execution.
7. Skills: Possess logical thinking, analytical thinking, and good problem-solving skills.
8. Attitude and Other Standards: Positive, diligent, serious at work, and eager to learn.
