I.Job Description:
- Control design in the field of Planning – Construction based on the approved legal framework and legal regulations.
- Expedite the process of formulation, appraisal, and approval of sector planning, general planning, and zonal planning related to investment projects of the Region (if any).
- Organize the formulation, submission for appraisal, and approval of detailed planning or detailed planning adjustments (if any).
- Organize the submission for appraisal and approval of basic design, technical design, construction drawing design, fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) approval, and applications for Construction Permits. Work with verification units and specialized authorities, receive feedback, and coordinate with verification consultants and design consultants to modify dossiers.
- Lead the execution of agreement procedures with relevant State management agencies: clearance height agreements, agreements with Ministries and sectors (if any); technical infrastructure connection agreements (power supply, water supply, surface water drainage, wastewater drainage, transport, communications); fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) agreements…
- Other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
II.Job Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in equivalent positions

Expertise: Building Architecture, Urban Planning Architecture, Civil and Industrial Construction

Knowledge of current standards, codes, and regulations, particularly regarding planning indicators. Comprehensive understanding of dossier components in various design stages (Basic Design, Technical Design, Construction Drawing Design)

Experience working with authorities such as the Department of Construction. Priority given to individuals who have acted as design leads or chief designers.

Ability to work independently, work in teams, and proactively control workload

Proficient in using structural calculation software and office computing tools
