The Bai Vot – Ham Nghi Expressway is a component project of the Eastern North – South Expressway development program for the 2021 – 2025 period. The route has a total length of 35.28 km and a total investment of VND 7.643 trillion.

Vinh Hung was honored to supply the following products for the project:

• VHB pot bearings, including multidirectional movable pot bearings and unidirectional movable pot bearings with a load capacity of 1,200 kN.
• VSR steel-reinforced elastomeric bearings.
• Expansion joints.
• Prestressing concrete cables.

The VHB pot bearings supplied for the project were designed and manufactured in accordance with the project technical specifications, as well as TCVN 12068:2014 and AASHTO LRFD standards. The products satisfy stringent requirements for load capacity, large displacement, and large rotational movement while offering advantages in installation, maintenance, and long-term operation.

The VSR steel-reinforced elastomeric bearings supplied for the project comply with the project technical specifications and were manufactured in accordance with TCVN 10308:2014 and AASHTO M 251-06 (2016).

To ensure product performance and long-term structural durability, Vinh Hung bridge bearings undergo rigorous quality control procedures, from input material inspection through final production. Prior to delivery, all bridge bearings are fully tested in accordance with project requirements, including vertical compression, horizontal load resistance, rotational capacity, and friction coefficient testing at the Vinh Hung IP Factory Laboratory.

Each product is equipped with a QR code for traceability and origin verification.
