Recruitment: Urban Area Project – Deputy Director of Project Management Board / PMB Team Leader

II. Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in equivalent positions.
– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.; Possess a valid Project Management certificate and Supervision certificate.
– Deep understanding of legal procedures and sequences to execute projects from the investment policy approval phase, construction permit, to final commissioning/as-built acceptance and pink book issuance, as well as project implementation organization.
– Ability to establish and tightly control the budget of the entire project.
– Ability to build, organize, and develop a lean and effective PMB team.
– Decisive, willing to make decisions and take ultimate responsibility for those decisions.
– Ability to work, report, and explain effectively to state management authorities (Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Fire Prevention and Fighting, etc.).
– Skills in coordinating project stakeholders: consultants, contractors, partners.
– Proficient in using structural calculation software and office computing tools.
– Willing to travel for business when required (At Hanoi Headquarters and Ha Tinh province or as assigned by Company Leadership).
