We, Vinh Hung JSC, are recruiting a Legal Specialist to work at our Hanoi office<\/p>\r\n

I.Job Description:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n
\r\n
1. Standardize templates and conduct regular legal reviews of internal documents based on established templates:<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Check contracts and other documents issued by the company<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Draft and review template contracts<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Check relevant processes and regulations<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Draft documents, materials, and powers of attorney<\/span><\/div>\r\n
2. Update and disseminate legal regulations related to the Company’s operations to relevant departments; <\/span><\/div>\r\n
3. Participate in researching and providing legal support for common and routine legal issues\/situations as required<\/span><\/div>\r\n
4. Execute legal procedures with state authorities regarding the Company’s operations:<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Handle business registration amendment procedures when required.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Handle trademark protection registration procedures when required.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Execute other legal procedures as they arise.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
Archive and serve as the main focal point for providing the Company’s legal documents:<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Archive documents<\/span><\/div>\r\n
– Provide archived documents\/records to requesting departments<\/span><\/div>\r\n
\r\n
5. Prepare legal reports<\/span><\/div>\r\n
6. Carry out advance payment and settlement procedures in certain cases<\/span><\/div>\r\n
7. Other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

II.Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

    \r\n
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree<\/li>\r\n
  • Major: Law<\/li>\r\n
  • IT skills: Advanced Word; Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook<\/li>\r\n
  • Experience: 2-3 years in an equivalent position (priority given to candidates with experience in corporate in-house legal roles)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
