Recruitment: Urban Area Project – Deputy Director of Project Management Board \/ PMB Team Leader<\/p>\r\n

I. Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

1. Lead the overall planning for the Company’s current and upcoming projects within the assigned scope.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
2. Project Execution Management and Operation: Organize and direct project execution on-site according to the approved plan (from the site clearance stage to project completion).<\/span><\/div>\r\n
3. Manage and control project factors: timeline \u2013 quality \u2013 scope of work \u2013 risks.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
\u2022 Coordinate with design, consulting units, and contractors during the construction process.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
\u2022 Work with State authorities to coordinate related matters during project execution.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
\u2022 Monitor the overall project progress, identify, and report arising risks.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
\u2022 Manage costs, volumes, contracts, and variations arising during construction.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
Organize the inspection, acceptance, and handover of construction items in accordance with regulations.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
4. Report and provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors regarding project operations.<\/span><\/div>\r\n

II. Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

– 10+ years of experience in equivalent positions.<\/p>\r\n

– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.; Possess a valid Project Management certificate and Supervision certificate.
– Deep understanding of legal procedures and sequences to execute projects from the investment policy approval phase, construction permit, to final commissioning\/as-built acceptance and pink book issuance, as well as project implementation organization.
– Ability to establish and tightly control the budget of the entire project.
– Ability to build, organize, and develop a lean and effective PMB team.
– Decisive, willing to make decisions and take ultimate responsibility for those decisions.
– Ability to work, report, and explain effectively to state management authorities (Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Fire Prevention and Fighting, etc.).<\/p>\r\n

– Skills in coordinating project stakeholders: consultants, contractors, partners.<\/p>\r\n

– Proficient in using structural calculation software and office computing tools.<\/p>\r\n

– Willing to travel for business when required (At Hanoi Headquarters and Ha Tinh province or as assigned by Company Leadership).<\/p>\r\n
