Therefore, slope reinforcement and rockfall prevention measures have become essential to ensure the safety of local residents and road users in the region.<\/p>\n<p>The Northern Mountainous Provinces Transport Connectivity Project, managed by the Ministry of Transport, has a total length of approximately 200 km crossing Lao Cai, Lai Chau, and Yen Bai provinces, with a total investment of VND 6.018 trillion and an implementation period from 2019 to 2024. The project consists of two routes: the connection from Lai Chau to the Hanoi &#8211; Lao Cai Expressway (147 km), and the connection from Nghia Lo (Yen Bai) to the Hanoi &#8211; Lao Cai Expressway (53 km). Vinh Hung\u2019s contract package belongs to the Lai Chau connection route.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Vinh Hung completed the construction of reinforced soil retaining walls with anchored gabion facing panels.
