Invested by Project Management Unit 7 under the Ministry of Transport, the project spans a total length of approximately 19.8 km, traversing Nga Bay City in Hau Giang Province and Chau Thanh District in Soc Trang Province. Specifically, the section running through Hau Giang Province extends 8.9 km, while the section through Soc Trang Province covers 10.9 km.<\/p>\n<p>The total investment exceeds VND 1,680 billion, funded through the public investment budget. This includes nearly VND 446 billion for site clearance and resettlement, and over VND 966 billion for construction costs.
