It runs parallel to the Quan Lo &#8211; Phung Hiep canal, traversing four provinces: Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Li\u00eau, and Ca Mau, with its starting point in Nga Bay Town (Hau Giang Province) and ending point in Ca Mau City (Ca Mau Province).
