The bridge connects Song Hao Road (Tran Quang Khai Ward) and Vu Huu Loi Road (Cua Nam Ward). Designed as a cable-stayed bridge, it comprises 16 spans with a total length of 1.6 km, including an 0.8 km river-crossing section and 0.8 km of approach roads.
