The starting point is at the interchange between National Highway 26B and National Highway 1 in Ninh Hoa Ward, Khanh Hoa, and the ending point is at Km32 in Tay Ninh Hoa Commune, Khanh Hoa.<\/li>\n<li>Component Project 2: Managed by Project Management Unit 6.<\/li>\n<li>Component Project 3: Under the governing authority of Dak Lak Province.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon full completion by the end of 2026, the expressway will reduce the travel distance between Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak from nearly 200 km to approximately 117 km.
