The Mai Son – National Highway 45 Expressway, located in Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa provinces, is one of the eleven component projects of the Eastern North – South Expressway developed during the 2017 – 2020 phase. Construction began in September 2020 and included five civil works packages covering a total length of more than 63 km, with a total investment exceeding VND 12 trillion funded by the State budget under the management of the Thang Long Project Management Board of the Ministry of Transport.<\/p>\n
In February 2024, Vinh Hung completed the installation of noise barriers for the Mai Son – National Highway 45 Expressway project.
