The issue of training personnel is always an important factor in all processes that make up the value chain of an enterprise. Well aware of that, Vinh Hung JSC always gives our top priority to human resource training in all business fields, engineering, construction, and production. Periodically, each specialized department is facilitated by the Company to open on-site or public training classes to update and supplement new knowledge to serve the increasing requirements of our Company.<\/span><\/p>\n

On August 26, 2017, our Company cooperated with the University of Transport and Communications to open the course \u201cSpecializing on Cable-Stayed Bridges\u201d<\/strong> for all technical staff. The course was conducted on 5 Saturdays every week at the head office, directly taught by senior lecturers from the University of Transport and Communications.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the course, students acquire basic knowledge about cable-stayed bridges, extradosed bridges, arch bridges; design, construction technology, strict requirements, supervision and troubleshooting during construction… and practical knowledge about Pre-stressed concrete strands and cable systems for each type of bridge.<\/span><\/p>\n

The topic “Basic part of arch bridge by senior lecturers”<\/strong> by Dr. Vietnamese Tran Hung<\/strong> – Vice Dean of International Education teaching.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o_p><\/span>The training program has equipped with basic knowledge and updated practical knowledge about Cable-Stayed Bridges, contributing to the orientation of new product development of enterprises, as an advanced training base on demand as well as open opportunities to cooperate in technical and technology: consulting on cabling systems, building product catalogs, designing samples, consulting in specific and potential projects in the future.<\/o_p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
