The jury:<\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0the Board of Directors of Company<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>III. Scoring Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Organizing Committee considers the prize based on the jury\u2019s decision, selects through 02 preliminary and final rounds with specific criteria as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022\u00a0<strong>Preliminary round:<\/strong>\u00a0With each definition of each core value, the Jury will select 15 corresponding entries with the best quality; match all criteria to join in the final round.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022\u00a0<strong>Final round:<\/strong>\u00a015 entries selected from the preliminary round will be voted on<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022\u00a0<strong>Voting participants:<\/strong>\u00a0managers from band 4 and above<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u2022 Scoring method:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Total score for each definition = Score of the judges + Score of votes of the staff of band 4<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Inside:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 Score of the jury accounts for 70%<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 Voting score of management staff accounts for 30%<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>IV. Prize structure<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The final results will be announced on August 2, 2021, with 5 new definitions equivalent to 5 Core Values selected by the jury.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u2022 Individual awards:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; VND 200,000 for each definition selected in the final round<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; VND 1,000,000 for each definition selected after the final round<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u2022 Collective awards:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; VND 2,000,000 for a department which have the highest percentage of employees participating in the contest<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Note<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 Each individual&#8217;s entry must comply with the contest rules to be counted as a valid entry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 For the Financial Management Department, the participation rate is calculated based on the total number of employees of the office and construction sites (excluding workers).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 For VHIP factory, the participation rate of the department\/unit is calculated based on the total number of employees of the office and production sectors (excluding workers).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 In case there are many departments that have the same participation rate, the Organizing Committee will select the department that completes the test the earliest to award the collective prize.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Each entry will be a meaningful congratulation to Vinh Hung&#8217;s upcoming 15th anniversary of establishment and development.
