Vinh Hung’s leaders always consider “Human resources are the most valuable asset”, so during the process of establishment and development, Vinh Hung always cared for employees’ lives. After more than 2 years without a summer tour due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, this year, Vinh Hung successfully organized a 4-day-3-night trip to Phu Quoc pearl island for nearly 150 employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the first day, Vinh Hung members from the North, Middle, and South of Vietnam moved by plane to the meeting point in Phu Quoc. After having enjoyed a nice meal, the employees checked into the seashell-themed 5-star resort, The Shells, along the beach. This is where Vinh Hung’s employees spent the day while on vacation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first challenge for each team of Vinh Hung employees is to record an introduction video. In this challenge, the teams sent videos to the Organizer Team and call for votes on social networks. Every team shows excitement for the challenge by submitting extremely unique and attractive introductions. Afterward, the staff enjoyed an evening watching the “Vietnamese elite” show and visiting the Grand World complex. At the end of the first long day, all staff returned to rest at the resort and get ready for a second day with a lot of energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

When talking about the specialty of Vinh Hung’s tours, we can’t help but mention teambuilding. This year, team building was held at a grandiose level, even including challenges we could only see in reality shows.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants in the competition were split into 4 teams and traveled by car to the challenge sites in four different locations. During the morning, the teams have to complete the challenges given by the Organizer Team such as: going to the market, introducing Phu Quoc fish sauce, building puzzles in the pepper garden, negotiating, composing & reciting poems, playing volleyball, and catching fish.<\/span><\/p>\n

Activities on the third day took place right on the resort’s premises. In the morning, after taking commemorative photographs, the teams awaited the relay race with excitement. Beside the beach with lapping waves, golden sunshine, and white sand, cheers erupted when the members of each team reached the finish line, completing the teambuilding competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunset is also the time when Vinh Hung’s extended family members dress up and meet at the Gala Dinner party. In a poetic setting with the presence of nearly 150 employees, General Director Vo Ta Luong spoke on behalf of the Board of Directors, officially opening the Gala night.<\/span><\/p>\n

The art show was followed right after dinner. There were four special performances that all the teams had prepared with a lot of effort. It was time to perform under the stage lights. Everyone temporarily leaves their professions to become “home-grown artists” imbued with the strong identity of the Vinh Hung people during this time.<\/span><\/p>\n

This year’s art competition featured performances based on the theme “Maximum focus – Reaching out to the big sea.” The opening performance was a swan dance from team 4 with elaborate choreography, which was applauded by many spectators.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next performance was the “Vinh Hung Song” of Team 2 with a cheerful melody and impressive lyrics. The 2nd team members rocked the stage with their vocals and energetic spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the fashion show, the creativity of the 1st team members was promoted more than ever when designing a unique collection called “Vinh Hung Pride” inspired by Vinh Hung’s typical products<\/span><\/p>\n

Closing the art competition was a dance performance by the 3rd team named “Vinh Hung oi”. The exciting and heroic music accompanied by the dance moves of the members of the 3rd team affirms that the footsteps of Vinh Hung people will continue to be marked on the journey of building new works.<\/span><\/p>\n

What everyone was looking forward to the most during the 4 days 3 nights journey has finally come – the price-giving ceremony. The Organizer Team recognizes the efforts as well as the teamwork and determination of the teams playing during the 3 days of the event. In the end, the first prize went to the 3rd team, the second prize was called the 2nd team, the 1st and the 4th team shared the third prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the explosive moments on stage, there were also a lot of quiet and warm moments during Vinh Hung’s Gala party, when members gathered together around a campfire to share and chat.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the final day of the 4-day 3-night trip, the staff visited Phu Quoc Prison and a pearl culture site. Everyone also gives each other handshakes and hugs when parting before returning to work.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the trip, each member feels more attached and responsible to the team as well as to the company. With a lot of emotions and joy, everyone pledged to do their best at work and develop a corporate culture for Vinh Hung that will make the company thrive in the long run.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to nourishing the spirit, energizing, and increasing enthusiasm for work, this trip is also a way for the Board to show great gratitude to all employees over the past year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Summer tour vacation is an annual cultural activity in Vinh Hung.
